The owner of Platinum Staffing had worked for many years in the Human Resource management field and found out first hand how much of a struggle it could be to find good employees. No matter how much they screened and recruited, it always seemed like their resources where limited. And then to add the cost of advertising, covering unemployment insurance, and handling workman’s compensation was really adding up. That is where the concept of Platinum Staffing began. By having an owner that has faced the day-to-day complications that HR’s, supervisors and even business owners have felt, it has worked in the favor of running a successful staffing agency.
