Holiday Pay:

Platinum Staffing will pay eligible employees 8 hours of holiday pay if you meet the necessary criteria. The employee must have been paid for 2000 hours in the 52 weeks prior to the week of the holiday. The employee must have worked a minimum of 35 regular hours the week before the holiday and they must work at least 28 hours the week after the holiday. If the employee meets the criteria the week before the holiday but is short the hours during the week after the holiday, a deduction for that holiday pay will be in place.


Referral Bonus:

If you refer another great candidate, Platinum Staffing with gladly compensate you with a referral bonus. If the candidate gets hired on and works for a minimum of 80 hours in a 30-day period through Platinum Staffing, you will receive a bonus. The referred candidate must not have worked/applied with Platinum Staffing in the past. To receive the bonus, you must have worked for Platinum Staffing within the last 12 months.

Weekly Pay:


Most of the companies in which we place employees are paid weekly. However, based on the company’s policy and preference, you may be paid bi-weekly.
