  • Research the company.
    Make sure to do your due diligence and research the company that you are applying for. This will help you prepare for the interview question, “What do you know about this company?” If this question is not asked, try to establish that you know about the company. For example, you can incorporate what you know about the company into your responses. You may say, “I noticed that when you released a new product last month, your customer satisfaction ratings improved greatly. I am well versed in handling these types of products due to my training and experience.”
  • Practice and prepare.
